Week 14 NFL Pick Em'

Writer's picture: Ryan MobleyRyan Mobley

Baltimore Ravens (8-4) at Cleveland Browns (6-6)

Lines: CLE -2.5 || O/U 41.5

Vince: Ravens

Nick: Browns

Maher: Ravens

Zach: Ravens

James: Ravens

Ryan: Browns

Patrick: Browns

What if I told you the Ravens and The Browns average the same amount of rush yards per game? This one could be over quick as both teams identify themselves with dominant run games and rely on controlling the time of possession. Cleveland is expected to have both Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb this week, meaning Baker Mayfield is gonna get his handoffs and check downs in. Division matchups in the AFC North are always gritty, Lamar is going to have to bring that dynamic gameplay if they want to take a road W in Cleveland.

Dallas Cowboys (8-4) at Washington Football Team (6-6)

Lines: DAL -4 || O/U 48

Vince: Cowboys

Nick: Cowboys

Maher: Cowboys -4

Zach: Cowboys

James: Cowboys

Ryan: Cowboys -4

Patrick: WFT

The Cowboys look to pull ahead from the rest of the NFC East this week but the matchup won’t be easy. The Football team has won 4 straight games and Ron Rivera’s team is playing hard and motivated football as of late. Washington will try to keep Antonio Gibson involved as much as they can and will try to get Scary Terry out in space where he can be a problem for the Cowboys defense. If Heinicke can play a safe game and come out with no turnovers the Football team will have a shot at the upset. As for the Cowboys they need to continue to push the ball down field to their trio of solid wideouts and give Pollard the chance to make those explosive plays we have come accustomed to seeing.

San Francisco 49ers (6-6) at Cincinnati Bengals (7-5)

Lines: SF -1.5 || O/U 48.5

Vince: Bengals

Nick: Bengals

Maher: Bengals

Zach: 49ers -1.5

James: 49ers

Ryan: 49ers

Patrick: 49ers

The 49ers took a brutal loss last weekend against Seattle. The refs were awful but that’s no excuse, Jimmy G didn’t have it and the special teams unit continues to prove they are one of the leagues worst. This nightmare matchup against Cincy doesn’t exactly get the juices flowing for the faithful as Shanahan's secondary is banged up and QB Joe Burrow has a fantastic group of young WR’s to deal the ball to. Eli Mitchell will also be sidelined this week. Time of possession is gonna be essential for this 49ers team if they want to pull off a very much needed victory on the road. A loss here would be catastrophic to playoff chances.

Buffalo Bills (7-5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-3)

Lines: TB -3.5 || O/U 53.5

Vince: Bucs -3.5

Nick: Bucs

Maher: Bucs

Zach: Bucs

James: Bucs

Ryan: Bills

Patrick: Bucs

A true Matchup of NFL powerhouses face off at Raymond James Stadium this weekend in what many think could be a Super Bowl Preview. Buffalo needs a win as dropping this game would really put their playoff hopes in jeopardy. Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs need to have huge games to compete with Brady, Godwin and Evans. Buffalo hasn’t looked the same this year and part of that is the injuries to their offensive line and secondary but they need to play mistake free football in this one to have a chance. Brady is having yet another MVP like season and his supporting cast is really stepping up this year. Tristan Wirfs, Leonard Fournette and Chris Godwin have all had great consistent years which ties in directly to the Bucs success. Tampa Bay looks like they are primed for another deep playoff run and winning games like this would make them true NFC frontrunners.

Las Angeles Rams (8-4) vs Arizona Cardinals (10-2)

Lines: ARZ -1.5 || O/U 51

Vince: Cardinals

Nick: Cardinals -1.5

Maher: Rams

Zach: Cardinals

James: Cardinals -1.5

Ryan: Rams

Patrick: Rams

The battle for the top of the NFC West is here. The Rams have been in a funk without Robert Woods and have lost 3 of their last 4. Matt Stafford needs a solid win on his resume to convince these Rams fans that he can produce victories against the leagues best. LA has one of the toughest remaining schedules and are without lead back Darrell Henderson again this week, a victory is essential to building playoff momentum. The Cardinals have rolled with the punches this year and find themselves with a league best 10-2 record. Kyler Murray has been electric when on the field and it looks as if nothing can stop him and DeAndre Hopkins when they get rolling. We’re in for a good one in Glendale this Monday.
