Well I was right about the standings being shaken up by last week's slate as we have a new head honcho atop the Pick Em’ leaderboard. We saw our first 2-4 performance (by me), with this week's slate we'll most likely see less of a drastic shakeup in our standings. Unfortunately due to the wildfires in California many members of our team including myself were on the verge of evacuation and didn’t have time to get the Thursday Night Game on the slate. The 5 games we chose all have a single score spread, including the two prime time matchups. If you want to check out our week 3 Pick Em’ click the link below!

Current Standings:

#1 Zach (13-5)

#2 James (12-6)

#3 Vince (12-6)

#4 Ryan (11-7)

#5 Patrick (11-7)

#6 Maher (10-8)

Indianapolis Colts (2-1) @ Chicago Bears (3-0)

Current Line: Ind 2.5 / O/U 43

Chicago’s latest victim in the most bizarre 3-0 start to a season I've ever seen was the Atlanta Falcons, who absolutely refuse to not blow a 4th quarter lead. The Bears have solidified Nick Foles as their starter going into week 4 keeping their fans optimistic about the rest of this 2020 season. The Colts defense has looked outstanding the last two weeks as they’ve only given up a combined 18 points in those two games including 6 interceptions. The hottest defense in the league looks to keep rolling on sunday against Chicago.

James: Colts

Vince: Bears

Zach: Bears

Patrick: Colts

Ryan: Colts

Maher: Colts

Cleveland Browns (2-1) @ Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

Current Lines: Cowboys -4.5 / O/U 56

Dallas is probably the best 1-2 team in the league right now as they’ve had some tough road games to start off this year against some NFC West squads. Dak has looked fantastic and been a fantasy workhorse in the last two weeks. The Browns got blown out week 1 but have been pretty solid the last two weeks facing lower tier opponents. Baker needs to be on point and cut down on missing his throws if they want to hang against Dallas on Sunday.

James: Cowboys

Vince: Cowboys

Zach: Cowboys

Patrick: Cowboys

Ryan: Cowboys

Maher: Cowboys

New England Patriots (2-1) @ Kansas City Chiefs (3-0)

Current Lines: Chiefs -7.0 / O/U 53

Andy Reid vs. Bill Belichick. I’m glad I waited until this morning to release this weeks edition of Upside Play Pick Em’ as this game has been postponed due to Cam Newton unfortunately testing positive for Covid-19. Nevertheless we’re going to chug along and hope this game get’s played (safely) either Monday or Tuesday night. The Chiefs did a solid job of containing Lamar Jackson last week on Monday Night and look to continue their undefeated run in 2020 against most likely a run friendly patriots squad. We’ll most likely see Jarrett Stidham get his NFL start at QB.

James: Chiefs

Vince: Chiefs

Zach: Chiefs

Patrick: Patriots

Ryan: Chiefs

Maher: Chiefs

Philadelphia Eagles (0-2-1) @ San Francisco 49ers (2-1)

Current Lines: 49ers -7.0 / O/U 46

The 0-2-1 Eagles have arguably been the most disappointing team of the 2020 season so far. Last week they barely snuck away with a tie against the Bengals and their offense just flat out looked awful. The only two healthy receivers on their current depth chart are Greg Ward and John Hightower according to ESPN. The Niners have their fair share of injuries as well as their defense is bruised and quite frankly if they hadn’t played both New York teams the past two weeks I don’t know if they’d be 2-1. This week not including the IR list San Francisco is missing 4 defensive starters as well as their starting quarterback and running back. We have a ‘Battle of the Broken’ on Sunday Night.

James: 49ers

Vince: 49ers

Zach: 49ers

Patrick: 49ers

Ryan: 49ers

Maher: Eagles

Atlanta Falcons (0-3) @ Green Bay Packers (3-0)

Current Lines: Packers -7.0 / O/U 56.5

The Falcons' start to 2020 has been absolutely unbelievable. Blowing the last two games played late in the fourth quarter Atlanta can not catch a break. Now they go up against NFC juggernaut Green Bay on the road. The injury bug has hit this elite WR group in Atlanta and if they want to hold their own on Monday night they’ll need their receivers to have a big game. Green Bay has rolled with the punches so far as their offense looked fantastic last week despite elite WR Davante Adams missing the contest due to injury. The Packers are averaging over 40 points a game so far this season and look to continue this offensive dominance.

James: Packers

Vince: Falcons

Zach: Packers

Patrick: Packers

Ryan: Packers

Maher: Packers
