Week 12 and boy was it a good one. Teams are starting to get in their grooves and prove they are the franchises we expect. Other teams are going to have to get it together or rebuild. The Titans looked absolutely unstoppable against the Colts. Although the Colts were missing some key defenders, the Titans proved they could put up points against the NFLs toughest defenses. Great coaching by the Titans and great execution by Tannehill and the Titans offense helped cement the Titans as a top 5 teams this year. On a less surprising note, the Chiefs offense is amazing. Now that Hill and Mahomes are connecting again, this offense can be the best to ever do it. I know defense wins championships, but the Chiefs are an exception. Speaking of defense, the 49ers shown that even with a deer in headlights taking the snaps, they still have a real shot of making the playoffs. Although last in their division, the 49ers can lean on the defense to secure the 7th seed in the NFC. Some teams that we were high on definitely have their stock with us down after this weekend. The Raiders looked disgusting against the Falcons who look pretty bad themselves. The Cardinals offense looked vanilla in a loss against the Patriots and the Chargers continue to lose one to many close games despite how good Herbert looks. One team that looked even uglier than the Jets was Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles. It doesn’t help that the receivers aren’t getting separation, the o-line can’t block and the defense is on the field all game. Despite all this, their problems start from the top down. GM Howie Roseman passed on every superstar you can think of in recent years, Doug Pederson could not pick any more predictable plays, and Carson Wentz can’t hit a receiver in stride if his life depended on it. I can bash the Eagles all day, but let’s take a look at Week 12’s Fantasy’s The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. GOOD Tyreek Hill. 13 Receptions. 269 Yards. 3 Touchdowns. Antonio Gibson. 5 Receptions. 136 Total Yards. 3 Touchdowns. Will Fuller. 6 Receptions. 171 Yards. 2 Touchdowns. Derrick Henry. 185 Total Yards. 3 Touchdowns. 49ers Defense. 2 Sacks. 2 Fumbles. 2 Interceptions. 1 Touchdown. 14 Points Allowed. BAD Josh Allen. 18/24. 157 Yards. 2 Total Touchdowns. 1 Fumble. Miles Sanders. 2 Receptions. 22 Total Yards. 2 Point Conversion. Michael Thomas. 4 Receptions. 50 Yards. Tyler Lockett. 3 Receptions. 23 Yards. UGLY Jonny Smith. 0 Receptions. 0 Yards. Derek Carr. 22/34. 215 Yards. 1 Interception. Kendall Hinton. 1/9. 13 Yards. 2 Interceptions. Cover Photo: Mark LoMoglio - Credit AP
